Tecnical inforation for the equipment of MA2L-80/R FEEDER

FEEDER WITH RELAY OUTPUT cromatic reader for TS-80. The function of this feeder is supply 24 V. c.c for the amplifier,5 V. a.c. for the lamp and receive the signal generated by the head TS-80 when it detects a signal or mark printed.

To synchronize the cycle of the machine that use the TS-80 head, the feeder has two inputs for connecting Cams. (The cam consists of a Microrruptor or Final Race located on a eccentric y for each machine cycle it connects and disconnect predetermined intervals).

First Cam, known as "blinded," connects the point at which to capture the print mark and disconnect immediately.

The second Cam, called "Work" connected at the same point as "Blinded" and disconnects before the start of a new cycle.

The output is a Feeder Relay investor, with an intensity of 5 Amp contact. 250 V.

The input is at 220 V. a.c. and at demand can be made to 110 V. a.c.
