CHROMATIC READER - PRINTED MARKS READER
Detector printed Marks TS-80 is a photoelectric head that works on the principle of self-reflection. Projecting a bright light on a printed mark, a photoelectric cell receives the reflection that occurs. Variations in color or printed marks contrast, are detected by the photodetector and amplified by a circuit built into the head.
The light emission is achieved by an incandescent lamp of high brightness and quality with a higher life to 5000 hours. Through a parabolic optical system, projected light line or a point depending on the model, at a distance of 8 or 20 m / m from the head, depending on the lens chosen.
The sensitivity adjustment is done through a mechanical diaphragm, which regulates the intensity of direct light from the incandescent lamp to a comparator unit, offsetting in this way any variation in light intensity.
The photoelectric head of aluminum alloy is injected under pressure, with a degree of protection IP-67. On three sides will have tapped holes to M-5, which offers six different possibilities of coupling to the machine.
The output of light is interchangeable between the horizontal or vertical.
Feeders:
Although the output of the head can be connected directly to a relay, will have a range of feeders and amplifiers, the most important are:
MA2L-80 / R: feeder with output relay. Synchronizes with two cams.
MA-700: To feed Clutch / Brake. With overshoot.
MA-800: To feed Clutch / Brake. With static output with overshoot and degaussing.
